Tiara is anointed to teach and preach God's Word in a way that allows people to learn more about their faith, God's love, and how they can live fulfilling, fruitful lives for the Kingdom of God. She is skilled in effectively breaking down Scripture so all ages can understand and apply God's Word to their everyday lives.

Tiara has written the devotional, Days of Purpose and Destiny encouraging men and women to live out their God-given purpose. She is also the co-host of the Christian lifestyle podcast, That's My Sister, with her sister Lenora. Tiara also serves as an ordained Elder in her local church.

Tiara considers her greatest ministry, however, as being the wife to her husband, Jamal, and mother to her daughter Aria Joy.
